Welcome to Daily Verdict ("the App"), a mobile application developed by Mete Erdalkoroglu ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Daily Verdict, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Daily Verdict is a moral dilemma game that presents ethical scenarios for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. The App includes:

• Daily moral dilemma questions
• Moral DNA personality analysis
• AI Mentor feature (premium)
• Community voting statistics

3. User Accounts & Data

The App uses anonymous identifiers and does not require account registration. Your dilemma responses and preferences are stored locally on your device using SwiftData and synced via Apple CloudKit tied to your iCloud account.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Daily Verdict offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase to unlock premium features:

• Weekly — recurring weekly subscription
• Monthly — recurring monthly subscription
• Yearly — recurring yearly subscription
• Lifetime — one-time purchase, permanent access

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may vary. If offered, the free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the App's servers or infrastructure
• Exploit the AI Mentor feature to generate harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are owned by Mete Erdalkoroglu. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

Daily Verdict is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It does not provide professional psychological, ethical, legal, or medical advice. The AI Mentor responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be treated as professional guidance.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
